There is an enclosed sunroom with a large hot tub overlooking the forest and trout filled, natural spring fed pond. A covered porch at the front of the house offers the perfect place to relax at the end of the day with more decks at the side of the house. The basement is high and dry with lots of room for storage or a wine cellar. A ground floor laundry room with bathroom, attached mud room and large wood storage building as well. There is a separate dinning room and large living-family room with a natural stone fireplace. The downstairs level offers a large kitchen area with a 100 year old upgraded natural wood stove in good working condition.
